SAN FRANCISCO (AP) A woman who was rescued from a San Francisco home with a gunshot wound and was killed by a man who then fled has been charged in her death.
The San Francisco District Attorney’s office says the woman, identified by police as 44-year-old Elizabeth “Dolly” Miller, was found unresponsive in her bedroom at her San Francisco apartment complex in January.
Her boyfriend, a 49-year old man, told police that Miller had been arguing with him.
The couple divorced last year and Miller moved to California from Texas.
Her cause of death was listed as undetermined.
Miller had previously lived in the apartment complex and was a resident, but she was not a resident.
